Monique and Ramsay met in late 2018 and soon learned they have a shared love of Caribbean food and travel. So it’s no surprise that once the pandemic hit, they decided to venture north and see what they could discover beyond New York City.

They quickly found many beautiful places to love, like the Full Moon Resort in the Catskills Mountains. Since their first visit in Winter 2020, they’ve returned almost every Fall and Winter for the past five years to the joy and solitude of the mountains.

They found love and so much more in the Catskills, and they can’t wait to celebrate with family and friends at the place where their life together started to take shape and bloom.
